SAMMY Menswear® Return & Refund Policy

At SAMMY Menswear®, we stand behind the quality of our apparel. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing slip.

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)

To maintain the highest hygiene standards, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear & Swim Thongs: Due to the intimate nature of these garments.

  • Worn or Washed Apparel: Any items showing signs of wear or missing original tags.

  • Damaged Items: Items damaged by the customer cannot be returned.


How to Start a Return

  1. Initiate: Email our team at concierge@sammymenswear.com with your order number.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  3. Labeling: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item is defective, SAMMY Menswear® will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.

  • Personal Preference/Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges to help you get the perfect fit.

  • U.S. Orders: We provide a pre-paid return label for your exchange and ship the replacement to you for free.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to our US warehouse. Once received, we will ship your new exchange item back to you at our expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
