At SAMMY Menswear, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges (Free shipping within the United States)

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us at concierge@sammymenswear.com.
  2. We will respond within 48 hours Monday through Friday.
  3. If you are in the United States, we will provide you with a free prepaid USPS shipping label to ship your item back to us with.
  4. If you are international, please ship your item back to us using any courier of your choice. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
  5. Once we receive your item, we will send you the new item at no additional shipping cost.
  6. You can exchange your item for any item of the same value or a Digital Gift Card.

Returns (You are responsible for the shipping costs)

To initiate a return:

  2. We will respond within 48 hours Monday through Friday.
  3. Please ship your item back to us using any courier of your choice. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund.
  5. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Swim thongs
  • Underwear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
