1. Starting an Exchange

To begin your exchange, please use our Returns Portal. You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Visit the SAMMY Returns Portal
  • Through the portal, you can instantly select a new size, a different style, or store credit. Once submitted, requests are reviewed and approved within 48 hours.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing slip

3. Shipping

At SAMMY Menswear®, we stand behind the quality and exclusivity of our apparel. To maintain our standards, we do not offer refunds or returns for repayment. We do offer easy exchanges.

Once your Exchange is accepted through our Returns Portal, ship your item back to us using the carrier of your choice. Once your item is received and inspected, we'll ship your replacement at no cost to you for both U.S. and international orders.

4. Exchange & Store Credit Options

  • Size or Style Exchange: Exchange your item for another size or style of equal value.
  • Store Credit: Receive digital store credit for the full purchase amount. Store credit never expires.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us directly instead of using the portal. Email: concierge@sammymenswear.com. Our team will prioritize your case and provide a replacement or store credit solution as quickly as possible.
